A lifetime resident of Greene County, Joshuah is a Financial Planner who cares deeply about helping his clients and his community. Through his time at Milinovich & Co, he has developed a passion for working alongside clients to navigate their financial journeys. Joshuah’s goal is to support his clients in all facets of life – ensuring that they have confidence in achieving their financial goals.
Joshuah is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) professional, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA®), and holds a Series 65 License. Joshuah’s prestigious qualifications reflect his expertise in all financial matters. He graduated from Waynesburg University in 2015 with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and minors in Finance, Economics, and Marketing.
Joshuah serves our community with as much care and passion as he serves our clients. He currently serves as the advisor to the Carmichaels Area High School Investment Club, is a board member for the Greene County Health and Wellness Foundation, is Treasurer for the First Presbyterian Church of Waynesburg and the Mason-Dixon Riders Association, is a board member of Rotary Club of Waynesburg, and a member of Greene County Career and Technology Center’s Local Advisory Committee.
Joshuah grew up in Clarksville, PA, where he currently resides with his wife, Jessie, their three children – Baelyn, Theodore, and Wesley, and his Golden Retriever, Finn. He finds great joy in motorcycles, ATVs, or really anything that has wheels or a motor. Racing and riding with his dad and friends, since he was a toddler, have always been defining hobbies in his life. Reading books (Sherlock Holmes is a favorite), hiking with Jessie and the kids (Banff National Park is the best to date), and spending time with family and friends also bring him great joy.
Hayley Finley
Office Manager
Hayley Finley joined the Milinovich & Co. team in January of 2024. She lives with her husband, Garret, and daughters, Lilian and Robi, in Clarksville.
Prior to joining the team, Hayley spent seven years at Waynesburg University in the Office of Institutional Advancement, where she helped grow its fundraising efforts.
Before Waynesburg University, Hayley spent five years working at Greene County United Way, and an additional two years as a member of the Board of Directors. While there, Hayley was blessed with many opportunities to connect with and serve the local community.
Hayley has volunteered with the American Red Cross, Greene County EFSP, Warm Nights Shelter and the Girl Scouts of Southwestern PA. She also coached Jefferson Morgan Middle School/High School Cheerleading and served as Assistant Director of the JM Drama Club. Through it all, Hayley most enjoys cheering her daughters on from the sidelines in volleyball, dance, softball, cheerleading and all of their educational and extracurricular endeavors.
In her free time, you can find Hayley reading anything she can get her hands on, watching Pittsburgh Penguins hockey and listening to true-crime podcasts.

Jeff is employed by First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Greene County and received his MBA Degree from Waynesburg College in 2006. He holds the active FINRA License Series 66 and has been a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor since 2002.
